How you get into your Dunder account
To sign in you need the email address you registered with and your password. If you want an extra layer of protection, switch on two-step confirmation in your account settings: after the password, we then ask for a code from your authenticator app. New to Dunder? Create an account first and confirm your address using the link in the welcome email.
The form above only shows what the sign-in screen looks like. You type real credentials only in the player area, which the buttons on this site take you to. Never follow links in unexpected messages, and never give your password to anyone, even someone claiming to be from support.
Signing in, step by step
- 1Start from a trusted link. Bookmark the sign-in address and always open it from there. That avoids typing mistakes and keeps you away from lookalike sites.
- 2Enter your details. Type your email address and password. If two-step confirmation is on, the six-digit code from your app comes next.
- 3Approve a new device. When you sign in from a device we have not seen before, we may send a confirmation email. It protects your account even if a password has leaked.
- 4Look around your account. Once you are in, glance at your balance, recent activity and limits. Report anything unfamiliar to support straight away.

Go to log inIf signing in does not work
The cause is usually small: a swapped character, an old password filled in by the browser, or a patchy connection. Try a private window and check capital letters. If that makes no difference, the two routes below fix most cases.
Forgotten password
On the sign-in screen choose "Forgot password", submit your email address and open the link in the message we send you. The link only works for a short time, so use it straight away and pick a new password that you have not used anywhere else.
If nothing arrives, look in your spam folder and check how your address was typed. Still nothing? Contact the help centre or write to the email address in the footer of this page.
Locked account
Several wrong attempts in a short time pause the sign-in briefly to slow down anyone trying to break in. After the wait, and usually a password reset, access returns. A lock can also appear if a verification is still open or if you set a break yourself; your account states which of these applies.
Everyday habits that protect your account
- A strong password: Choose a long phrase or at least twelve mixed characters that you use nowhere else. A password manager makes that easy to live with.
- Shared devices: Always sign out on a computer that others use, and lock your phone with a PIN or fingerprint.
- Card and bank details: Enter payment details only in the cashier inside your account. We never ask for them by email or chat.
- Act fast: If you spot a sign-in that was not you, change your password first and then tell us. We can lock access temporarily while you sort it out.
Keeping this page accurate
We test the sign-in flow from time to time and rewrite this page when a step or a label moves. What happens after you are in is covered on payments at Dunder Casino; tips for phones are on the mobile casino page, and the privacy policy explains how we treat your information.
Sign-in questions
Where do I change my password?
In the security section of your account settings. If you cannot remember it, use "Forgot password" on the sign-in screen and follow the emailed link.
Why can I not log in any more?
Common reasons are several failed attempts, an open verification or a break you set yourself. The account tells you which one; if not, support can look into it.
Does signing in work on my phone?
Yes. In a mobile browser the steps are the same as on a computer, and you approve a new device only once.
